This little cave was so inviting with the sun reflecting off the waves onto the rock wall. You can see it here in this still image, but it was more amazing in the moment because the sun reflections were swirling all around the opening.
About Cathie Douglas
Cathie was born and raised in the Kootenay Region of beautiful British Columbia. She bought her first camera at the age of 12 and started shooting and exploring. Nature is her play ground, healer, teacher and inspiration. Many of her photos are taken on her frequent kayak paddles on Kootenay Lake and adventures into the surrounding mountains. She loves to capture and share the beautiful patterns of nature and the life giving principles inherent within them. When Cathie is not taking still photos, she spends her time creating documentary films and educational videos on social justice and natural laws and principles with her partner Larry Moore through their multi media company Heartspeak Productions. ...
